The Ford Figo Facelift

The Figo has been a runaway success for Ford India. The Figo changed the fortunes of Ford. After completing almost three years, Ford is ready to introduce the facelift version of the Figo. The Figo facelift is due to come during Diwali. The hatchback will get some cosmetic changes on the outside- which could be the some touches from the Kinetic Design 2.0. On the inside also, we can expect some minor cosmetic updates. The other additions on the facelift version of the Figo include steering-mounted audio controls, and also USB connectivity.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800

It is the biggest upgrade to the Alto in the past 12 years. The vehicle gets new exteriors and interiors and minor mechanical updates. The Indian auto giant Tata Motors is now ready to launch the updated line-up of its premium sedan, the Manza. Called as Tata Manza Club Class will come up with a number of changes to lure buyers during the festive season. The new variants of the Tata Manza Club class sedan are called LS Aqua, LX Aura, VX Aura ABS, EX Elan and EXL. The EXL is a brand new variant added in the line-up. All these models will get the new 1.3-litre Quadrajet turbo diesel engine that churns out the maximum power output of 74bhp.

Tata Safari Storme

This SUV has been creating storms like no other vehicle this year. Tata Motors has delayed its launch since long to reveal it in Diwali with a Bang. The Storme will be powered by the 2.2-litre 16-valve common rail engine (DiCor) capable of delivering 138bhp and 320Nm and will come with 4WD and 2WD options. The expected price range of the new Safari Storme is Rs. 9 – Rs. 12 lakh.

Mahindra SsangYong Rexton W

Ssangyong Rexton is a seven seater full grown SUV that is soon going to heat the Indian Market this Diwali. The Rexton is the first product from Ssangyong’s product portfolio to be launched in India since Mahindra acquired the Korean company back in March 2011. Rexton will be powered by a massive 2.7-litre direct-injected common rail diesel engine.

Honda Brio Automatic

Honda Brio is no doubt one of the best hatchbacks, and that has been the reason why it is Honda’s top selling car today. The company is launching the automatic version of the car. The Brio AT will hold the similar 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine and will come with five-speed automatic transmission gearbox.

Chevrolet Spark Facelift

Taking inspiration from Chevrolet e-Spark concept which was showcased at the 2010 Delhi Auto Expo, The new Spark Facelift version will be hitting road this Diwali. Mechanically, New Spark will carry the old package. It will be having limited changes to the front end. It will continue to be powered by the 1.0-litre petrol engine which comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Chevrolet Sail U-VA

General Motors is set to release the Chevrolet Sail U-VA hatchback in First week of November. Sail hatch is sure to have better features than the Beat. The Chevrolet Sail will come in two engine options; petrol and diesel. The 1.2-litre petrol mill will produce 76.9bhp while the 1.3-litre diesel engine will hand out 84.9bhp. The mileage for the Sail petrol is set at 18.2kmpl while the diesel will give an exciting 22.1kmpl.
